Database ownership

 

The ALMé and LivrEsC digital libraries are digital databases produced by the Jacques Doucet Literary Library, protected within the meaning of articles L341-1 and following the Intellectual Property Code, and the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing into the Intellectual Property Code the European directive on March 11, 1996, on the legal protection of databases.

The online distribution of its contents is ensured by the Mnesys software solution from the company Naoned.

 

Conditions for reusing ALMé documents

 

The contents accessible in ALMé are digital reproductions of works that have fallen into the public domain, with the exception of Robert Desnos, and are part of the collections of the Jacques Doucet Literary Library. In accordance with the law n°78-753 of July 17, 1978 (version in force on July 31, 2014):
